SIPS + MAKER was established in 2017 by Estera P. Alvarado. After 12+ years in the interior design and furniture industry, Estera was inspired to fulfill her dream of a joint coffee bar and specialty shop.
She designed a space that she believed Staten Island would embrace. Her love of travel, art and design were a driving force in the creation of SIPS + MAKER.
A gathering place for the community and supporting artisans became her passion.
